Hey there! I'm Anna
Hello! I’m Anna, a designer whose journey began in Poland and found its rhythm in Ireland. At 18, I embarked on a new chapter, landing in Ireland full of dreams and aspirations. Little did I know that a hidden talent for design would unfold later in my journey.
My educational foundation includes a Higher National Diploma in Interactive Media from BCFE College. It was during this time that I discovered a natural talent for design that had been hidden for years.After completing my studies, I found my way into a startup, where the owner offered me a chance to gain experience. I am immensely grateful for that opportunity, as it set me on a path of creative exploration.
Life in Ireland shaped my professional journey, and each step taught me something new. The startup experience was transformative, allowing me to not only learn the ropes of the design world but also uncover a natural flair for the craft.
This hidden talent became the driving force behind my success at Sports Interaction, where I thrived as a Graphic Designer and Team Manager, leading team of graphic designers on daily bases and contributing to transformative projects. While the role underwent changes due to a company restructuring left me without the job, I view it as an opportunity for new beginnings and fresh challenges.
Beyond design, my life is filled with creativity. I love to bake and find joy in the art of hairdressing. These hobbies, coupled with my design talent, add flavor and style to my journey.
In my daily life, one of my biggest interests is exploring my personality through the lens of the ENFJ-A Protagonist. As a natural people person with a Diplomat’s touch, this personality type fuels my passion for understanding and connecting with others. Imagine designing not just with pixels and colors but with a deep understanding of the human experience. This empathy-driven approach allows me to create designs that not only look good but also resonate emotionally, making a lasting impact on the audience.
Understanding my personality has also proven invaluable in collaborative environments. As a Protagonist, I thrive on teamwork, making me an effective and inspiring leader. Whether leading a design project or working as part of a creative team, my ability to empathize and understand different perspectives becomes a cornerstone for fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
Human Design
Human Design is a tool for self-discovery, and its effectiveness varies from person to person. Exploring your chart further and experimenting with the guidance it provides can be a fascinating journey toward self-awareness and personal growth.
Delving into my Human Design as a Manifesting Generator with a 4/6 profile has been an eye-opening journey. In simple terms, it means I have an innate ability to initiate and sustain energy for creative endeavors. Think of it as having a unique blend of a spark to start projects and the endurance to see them through, like a dynamic engine powering creativity.
In practical terms, this dynamic energy is a tremendous asset in a professional setting. It means I’m not just a designer; I’m a catalyst for innovation and a reliable force for seeing projects to completion. This translates into effective project management, timely deliveries, and an overall boost to team productivity.
Understanding and leveraging both my personality type and Human Design in my professional life isn’t just a theoretical exercise; it’s a practical toolkit that helps me navigate challenges, collaborate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to the success of projects and teams.
